We seek quality papers aligned with the topics below.  Accepted papers will be put onto the Conference flash drive for all attendees.

Manuscripts must be submitted in English (or Chinese and English), in a MS Word document (A4 or letter-sized paper) in Times New Roman size 12 font.

We require that papers be of advanced, scientific, and practical content, in line with generally accepted thesis writing format.  Please ensure authenticity and objectivity of content, and limit to no more than 5000 words, research papers generally no more than 4000 words. Abstracts of no more than 400 words in English (and Chinese if applicable) must accompany all submissions.
